Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Providing collaborative, reflective supervision to support clinical growth, thoughtful practice, and the development of your unique therapeutic voice. As an experienced Psychologist and supervisor, I bring a unique combination of expertise to my work in clinical supervision.
Approach to Supervision
I bring a warm, direct, and authentic approach to both my clinical work and supervision. My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and developmentally focused. I support supervisees in strengthening their clinical skills, deepening their case conceptualization, and developing their own therapeutic voice within an ethical and thoughtful framework.
My clinical work focuses on individuals and couples, with specialties in sex therapy, somatic psychotherapy, and relational approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I draw from several theoretical perspectives—including attachment-based, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches—depending on the needs of the client and clinician.
Supervision with me is intended to be more than a review of cases. It is a space to think deeply about the therapeutic process, reflect on the use of self in therapy, and support the development of confidence and professional identity as a clinician.
Experience and Background
I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and have been providing clinical supervision since 2013. I am a Washington State Approved Supervisor and have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, nonprofit organizations, and private practice.
Throughout my career I have provided individual, couples, family, and group therapy across diverse clinical environments. I previously developed and managed a clinical program within a large community mental health organization, where I supervised a team specializing in complex trauma using Trauma Systems Therapy.
My work in private practice has allowed me to further develop specialties in somatic psychotherapy and human sexuality, helping individuals and couples strengthen their relationships and overall well-being. I am passionate about supporting clinicians as they grow professionally, develop confidence in their clinical work, and find balance within the demands of this profession.
