I offer psychotherapy services for individuals and couples seeking deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives. Therapy provides a space to explore these experiences and begin creating meaningful change.

Who I Work Best With

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and reflective, but may feel stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns that are difficult to change on their own.

Clients often come to therapy with concerns related to relationships, intimacy, communication, or emotional disconnection. Others may be navigating life transitions, identity changes, or the lingering impact of past experiences. I also work with individuals and couples who want to explore issues related to sexuality, desire, and intimacy in a safe and affirming space.

My practice is sex-positive and inclusive, and I welcome individuals and couples of diverse identities and relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+, kink, and consensually non-monogamous communities.

Ultimately, I work best with clients who are curious about their inner world and open to exploring both the emotional and relational dynamics that influence their lives.

What Clients Often Hope to Change

Many people come to therapy with a sense that something in their life or relationships isn’t working the way they would like. They may feel stuck in recurring patterns, disconnected from a partner, struggling with intimacy, or unsure how past experiences continue to influence the present.

Others arrive with a desire to better understand themselves—how their emotions, relationships, and experiences shape the way they move through the world. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of these patterns.

Through this process, many clients begin to develop greater awareness, emotional resilience, and new ways of relating to themselves and others. Over time, these changes can lead to deeper connection, increased clarity, and a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Considering Therapy

If you are considering therapy, it may be because something in your life feels stuck, painful, or in need of deeper understanding. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and explore the patterns that shape your experiences and relationships. My goal is to support you in developing greater awareness, resilience, and connection as you move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What is Sex Therapy?

Sex therapy is defined as a specialized type of psychotherapy (talk therapy) that addresses medical, psychological, personal, or interpersonal factors impacting sexual satisfaction by discussing mental health issues and/ or emotional concerns affecting a person’s sexual function, sexual feelings, sex drive, and/or desire for intimacy.

If you're unsure which type of therapy might be the best fit, you're welcome to reach out and we can discuss what might be most helpful for your situation.
